Toileting Independence Agreement
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient camp environment, all children attending the Learn 2 Thrive Camp must be fully potty trained and able to use the washroom independently.

This includes:

• Using the toilet without assistance

• Managing clothing independently

• Wiping independently

• Washing hands properly

Please note that Learn 2 Thrive staff are not able to assist with toileting.

In the event of repeated accidents, parents/guardians may be contacted for early pick-up.

Our cancellation and transfer policy is as follows:

1. More than 15 business days before the program’s start date: 100% refund of program price, minus a $35 cancellation fee

2. 15 business days or less before the program’s start date: 50% refund of program price

3. After 9am the Friday before the program’s start date: No refund provided
