Cancellation Waiver/Policy 

Participant Eligibility  

To participate in Learn 2 Thrive: Ready, Set, School! Camp programs, participants must meet all the criteria listed below:  

• Learn 2 Thrive Camp does not require participants to be Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Learn 2 Thrive Camp cannot provide supporting documentation for Canada Border Services beyond the receipt of program purchase. 
• Participants must follow the behavior expectations listed in this document they receive, and any additional expectations set out by the program staff based on the specific program circumstances. 
• The participant must be able to reasonably integrate into the program. Learn 2 Thrive Camp is limited in its capacity to provide 1-on-1 support to participants, and this level of support cannot always be guaranteed. It is recommended that parent(s)/guardian(s) of children with high support needs inquire about sending their own support worker with their child. To bring a support worker to the program with your child, Learn 2 Thrive Camp needs a copy of the support worker’s Criminal Record Check (CRC) with vulnerable sectors, since they will be around in contact with the other participants of the program.  

Group Registration Policy  

Learn 2 Thrive Camp programming is designed and intended for individual participants, not groups. Having a group (local or visiting) register for our programming greatly impacts the quality of the individual participant’s experience, something that is extremely important to us. As such, group registrations are prohibited.  

Please note that Learn 2 Thrive Camp may, without notice, withdraw all participants without a refund who are found in breach of the group registration policy at any point before or after programming begins.
